Link multiple Movie Club Members together

Linking memberships together allows you to purchase multiple membership tickets in the one transaction. Its quick and easy to do just follow the steps bellow. This process is great if your partner is a member and you'd like to buy both tickets at once, or maybe your family are all members, or maybe you just come with a group of friends that are all members.

1. Login and go to the My Account option on the list.
2. On your account page, go to MANAGE FRIENDS

3. On the Manage Friends page select the type of linking option you would like to use to link your card to the other members.

Link – provides a url link to send to your friend/family which allows them to link to your card

Card – if your friend/family has a card number, insert it here and add the last name as well

Email – add the email address of the friend/family member and an email will be sent to them asking them to link to your account.

 

4. Once the account is linked, that person will need to link your account back to them, if you would like two way linking. Each person must invite the other to be able to access both accounts when you log in to either party.

5. Now when you login to purchase a Member priced ticket, you will have the option to purchase a similar ticket for the other linked member/s. (assuming that they have not expired) until you choose to UNLINK the accounts at any time in the future.

 

Redeem your Picture House Club Free Ticket Online

If you have joined or renewed your Picture House Club membership, your account will automatically have your FREE Club ticket (issued whenever you join or renew) to use on your next visit. To use the pass just follow the steps bellow.

1. Select the film you want to see and then select a Member ticket to use the pass and the complimentary ticket pass will be applied automatically.
2. Pick your seat.
3. The payment page it will show you owe $0.00 to attend this session.

 

 

Redeem Vouchers Online

If you have Voucher code that you would like to use online just follow the steps bellow.

1. Select the film you want to see and then select a ticket to add it to your cart. If you are an adult, concession or club member, choose your preferred ticket at this stage.
2. Pick your seat and select “Go to Cart”.
3. On the cart page, go to the text field that allows you to enter your gift card, voucher number or promo code.

4. Add the respective number into this field and press APPLY. Depending on the card/voucher/promo you have, the adjustment will be made to the price at this step and the transaction will continue with the updated pricing onto the payment page.

 

Swap Or Credit your own ticket transactions

If you would like to return your tickets for store credit or swap your tickets for another session just follow the steps bellow. (This can only be done at least 30mins prior to the movie start time).

1. Login to your account on the website and go to the Order History option. (NB, if you are not a paid Little Picture House Club member, you can still follow these steps. If you purchased your tickets online, you will have entered your email address to have the tickets emailed to you. Simply re-enter that email address and setup a quick password to access your account.)
2. In the Order History section, you can select from the Current, Upcoming or Past orders. You will only be able to swap/credit upcoming or current orders as per the time frame mentioned in point 1 of this guide. Next, select the Cancel & Request Refund button next to the order.

3. Select START REFUND. (Note all online refunds will be returned in the form of user credit. You can use the credit next time you check out as a payment method). If you would just like to swap your ticket, first refund the initial order and then replace a new order using the user credit you will create in the next step).

 

4. Select the number of tickets you would like to refund using the check boxes next to each ticket and then select REFUND TO CREDIT.

5. The money will be credited back to your website account and can be used next time you check out as a payment method. It will appear automatically on the last page of the payment process. Look out for USER CREDIT as an option to pay.
