ARE YOU HOPING TO SWAP/CANCEL YOUR BOOKING?

You can now cancel your and credit your tickets directly via our website up to 2 hours before your session time.

Log in to your account
Head to “My Orders” and select your session and click “Cancel & Request Refund” to credit your tickets for a future visit.

Booked as a guest?
If you don’t have an account yet, you can easily create one to manage your booking:

Open your booking confirmation email
- Click “Manage Orders”
- Select “Sign Up”
- Choose “New Customer” and follow the prompts making sure to use the email you used to book the tickets.
- Once set up and logged in, you’ll be able to access your booking and manage it, including cancelling your tickets for a credit.

If you’re unable to make the change online yourself, we’ll always do our best to help. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the session via email.
